A complete redo of my chitio base

Requirements:
PC: VRCSDK3 for avatars, Dynamic bones, Poiyomi toon shader 7.2.41 Quest: VRCSDK3 for avatars You MUST import these for the package to function correctly and to be able to upload your avatar! Please make sure to do that first. - You may not share or resell any of the assets, original or modified, to anyone who does not own a license. Commissions/Requests are allowed if all parties involved have paid for a license.
