Things to note!

• This avatar is not Quest compatible! However, I will say that it's optimized enough that it shouldn't be too hard to convert to Quest on your own. There may be a Quest version update later, but no promises. I will not be offering support on converting to Quest.
• The only legitimate places to purchase this avatar are Gumroad and Ko-fi!
• I've provided Write Defaults ON and OFF controllers for the Gesture and FX layers. If you want MMD world lip sync to work, use WD ON. Otherwise, use WD OFF. This avatar was made with Write Defaults OFF in mind, and Write Defaults ON may be slightly buggy!
  • In addition I've also provided alternate FX controllers for each that do not have expressions linked to gestures if you don't like it when avatars have that.
• If your character has permanent tired or lazy eyes, there is a 3rd tutorial for how to replace the blinking animations so they don't look weird!You can find it in the Tutorials folder (SoapCats_FixBlinks.mp4) or on Youtube (https://youtu.be/Kb13MzLXUz8)
  • There may still be issues with the blinking, use the alternate eyes at your own risk!
• If you're uploading the avatar publicly, you are REQUIRED to keep the credit button in the menu
• Mixing gesture & toggle emotes in game will cause blinking to behave weirdly, just reset your avatar or set both to the default face to fix it
• DLC / Add-ons ARE planned!
• I am not providing basic Blender / Unity support.

TERMS OF USE

DO NOT:

• Re-sell or re-distribute the avatar or any of the downloaded content
  • INCLUDES:
  • Reuploading to another site for free or for sale
  • Sending the files to a friend who has not purchased the base
  • Porting the avatar to other software / games and reselling or redistributing it to others who haven't purchased the avatar.
• Remove or alter the credit within the chest.
• Use or edit the avatar in any offensive / hateful ways; such as but not limited to: homophobia, transphobia, racism, antisemitism, hate speech, etc
• Create explicit sexual / fetish edits
• Use for any NFT or crypto purposes
• Claim credit for the base
• I'd prefer that the Chimera and Orange textures aren't uploaded to avatar worlds since they have demo versions by me already :)

YOU MAY:

• Use as a streaming avatar (.vrm/.vsf files are not provided for now, but conversions are allowed!)
• Use in Youtube / Twitter / TikTok / etc posts!
• Upload as a public avatar on VRChat
  • Public uploads are required to keep the credit toggle within the menu in addition to the credit within the chest.
• Tag me in your posts!! I'd love to see people using and enjoying the base :]
• Remove the credit button in the menu if the avatar is uploaded as Private (NOT THE CREDIT IN THE CHEST)
• Port the avatar to other software / games, as long as you follow the rest of the TOS :)
  • Uploading the avatar to another software/game where people who have not purchased it may obtain it counts as re-distributing the avatar.

Commercial Use terms

• Selling edit / texturing commissions is allowed! However the commissioner is required to own a copy of the base as well. Even if the avatar is uploaded as public for them to clone.

• Selling assets for the base is allowed, but I'd prefer if you contacted me first. You must state that the avatar is not included in the asset package.
