An anthropomorphic cow model I originally made for using in animation that has been edited to work as an avatar.

This cow comes with a few customizable options in the forms of some blendshapes/shapekeys and some clothing. There is also a quest version, but it is essentially just the same cow with a swap of the materials to quest materials, so not the most performant quest version.

Clothes:

  • Fluffy Top (the sweater like top)

  • Top1 (the loose top)

  • Top2 (the sport bra like top)

  • Cowbell collar

  • Tights (the yoga pants like bottoms)

  • Shorts1 (a shorts version of the tights)

  • Shorts2 (a more conventional looking pair of shorts that is pocketless)

  • Underwear or Panty

Blendshapes include:

  • Breasts small (shown by the orange cow)

  • Breastless/Flatchested

  • Slimmer Butt

  • Slimmer Legs

  • Slimmer Belly

  • Visemes (all of the ones vrchat uses)

  • A few facial expression parts (like puff cheeks, raise eyebrows, eyelids up or down, etc)

  • Alternative Hoof Shape

For vrchat, this avatar uses VrcFury to setup the toggles. To upload as an avatar, simply grab the AnthroCow.prefab that is in the unity package (after importing the package of course), and drag it into a unity scene. Then go through the normal upload process.

For use in animations or pictures, it might be a good idea to add some IK rigging, as only deform bones are present in the armature.

Usage Permissions:

  • You can utilize the model for any personal projects or projects that do not require redistributing the model or parts of the model

    • Examples include renders, animations, virtual avatars (like vtubing), etc
  • The model can be redistributed in projects such as video games, as long as the intention of the game isn't just to redistribute the model

    • Examples include vrchat, resonite, or a custom made videogame
  • The armature can be redistributed freely, as that is useful for clothing creation

  • If able, please give credit for the model if the medium allows it

Important Notes:

  • Minor clipping can occur for the clothes for more extreme poses, especially between clothing items that overlap. I tried to reduce it with some corrective blendshapes, but the effectiveness only goes so far.
