Manokits (5)
The manokit is a fictional species which comes from the Japanese word for fox and the Hawaiian word for shark. They have canine-like heads, paws, and fur, but have a theropod-like body shape, and they have a dorsal fin on their back and a caudal fin on the end of their tails. Ironically, manokits are very poor swimmers due to their bodies' high center of gravity. Manokits have very poor eyesight and are sensitive to bright light and so usually keep their eyes closed or squinted. They rely on their sense of hearing to determine their surroundings.
