Import method ・ In Unity 2017.4.28f1 project ・ VRCSDK 2019.09.18.12.05 ・ Unity-chan Toon Shader 2 ・ After importing Dynamic Bone *, import the downloaded unitypackage ・ Optional prefab in the added asset Hierarchy Place it inside and upload it, and you're done. ・ If you want to support Quest, you need to set Build Setting to Android and upload it again.
