This version of the model was not made specifically for VRchat OR Neos and will need work to get working properly
You will need a program that reads .PSD files to change and modify the textures
Knowledge of Blender/Maya
There are no control set ups, IKs or UI to go with it
All the fins can be turned on/off
The Tail Fin has 5 total shapes, the default with 4 blendshapes/shape keys
Head has a few snout and head fin blendshapes / shape keys
You can do face teeth, double teeth, no teeth, ALL TEETH
A few expression blendshapes/shape keys
3 Hair styles
Different jewelry/piercings
NSFW related blendshapes for different types

Project info:
All models are under 70k. Rating is poor with dynamics and good without!
Model has all custom visemes and eye tracking. Made for FBT
5 expressions are on hand gestures
Dynamics are set up in the tail, ears, tongues, hair, long head fin, boobs, dicks, and balls
In game menus included:
- 8 toggle-able expressions
- Emission brightness / Emission Hue sliders
- 3 Hair options
- Maw options for both tongues
- Tail position
- Tail fin shapes
- Head fin and snout shapes
- Body toggles: Flat chest/boobs/pecs, ears, claws
- Teeth options: Face teeth, one set, two sets, or all of them
- Jewelry options
- NSFW toggles for bits and nips
- 3 Different dick styles
(I have set up all NSFW versions to upload without front bits showing by default. This does not include the butt hole. Everything can be toggled on in game)
Tongues are set up to toggle separately. If both tongue toggles are on the opposite will shoot through your face a bit!
All the body and face Fins can be toggled on and off via blendshapes!
All of them can be found by selecting Body and under the BlendShapes drop down menu in the inspector
