The Soundbyte! A Non-Organic creature built off the bases of music and more. A species built by Zedex and Bleodafi. The model was created by Beastpunks. The avatar is a huge collaborative effort to ensure the best functionality it can have! And hey, they even got built in Audiolink!!

WHAT IS A SOUNDBYTE?

A soundbyte is a synthetic being defined almost purely from musical wavelengths itself! Each one focus's on its own unique area of auditory feedback. This can include anything from genres of music, particular songs, albums, instruments, or even the very definitions of musical composition itself (e.g. Notes, tones, Half note, etc) Which can include various language and cultural descriptions even. 

FEATURES

-Fullbody tracking support

-Index knuckle friendly

-Follow me eye and rigged eye tracking blended together

-full visemes

-7 expressions (tied to left hand by default) 

-idle animations for ears, tail, breathing, etc

-partial custom poses (more to be added in easy updates later) 

-hand tailored avatar muscle files (no clipping with emotes or dance worlds!) 

-extra blendshapes for additional expression creation 

-Dynamic bones with appropriate settings and collission sizes (this REQUIRES dynamic bone from the unity store)

-Expanded Action/emote slots from 8 to 40! With all nessicary submenues ready for editing

-Plenty of body slider customization, and a couple toggles for accessories and alt options like 4 ear mode or a bald tail tip!

-Audiolink! Easy to use shader material swap that activates a music mode that causes your avatar to beat and pulse to the rythem of world music (Requires being in a audiolink enabled world) 

-Posable and resizable tail

-lots of self colorization options
INCLUDES

-Fully fleshed out unity package, with a well organized folder system to make things as clean to find and explore as possible.

-Two default Soundbyte skins with different material setup examples

-PSD files with proper layering all ready for rextexturing

-Substance painter file similarly with proper layering and exploded UV's for easy editing (Thanks Cav Ruekyria)

-Current version of unity SDK used. Easily excludable for a later SDK version if need be. z

FUTURE ADDITIONS

-more idle animations and body toggle options (really aiming for some basic facial customization in the future)

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VERSIONS?

Soundbyte standard:

-Geared towards public space friendliness

-Most optimal IK tracking with all VR modes

-Highest color customization options in game

-Ability to have a medium perf rank with most of its features still intact

-Slimmer default body type that is best for game worlds and generally doesn't cause view obstruction

Soundbyte- the BigByte:

-Less overall optimization and more questionable size capabilities generally not suitable to bigger public environments

-Modified armature and meshing sporting a wider overall frame and greater size support

-Much bigger body sliders all around

-additional sliders/anim focused around size and growth

-Bigger default body type

-Manual toggles for various dynamic bone collision sizes

-Most "dynamic/realistic" jiggle physics

YOU MAY

- Import your avatar to other games (Such as NEOS, CHILLOUT, etc) 

- Retexture the model in any way you please

- Edit the model directly as you please 

- Use the avatar non commercially in artworks. If you wish otherwise, please ask

- Make accessories or sell textures for the Soundbyte. (Do not include components originally apart of the model without permission) 

-Upload a model as public with unique textures UPON asking permission first

YOU MAY NOT

-Remove the credits mesh or texture from inside the chest

-Redistribute the model to others (Kinda a given)

-Claim you made the avatar or the species

-put the avatar up as public use in other games other then VRC

-Sell off any parts of the avatar other then texture work
